Returns policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
The items that can be returned are: scented sticks, scented oils, jewelry (except earrings). For hygiene reasons, body care products and perfumes are not returned under any circumstances.
Please note that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the labels that came with the product must be present, just as it was when you received it along with the retail receipt. You must also contact us by e-mail at [email protected] to be instructed to return.
If the corresponding product you want is not available, we will refund your money or the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to your account and can be used in any new order you wish.
In all the above cases the return costs are borne by the customer.
For the return of a non-defective product the cost of return is borne by the customer, while the cost of resending the item you choose for replacement is borne entirely by www.duneperfumes.gr
Defective product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product www.duneperfumes.gr will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost to you. But you must notify us by e-mail at
[email protected] to send you instructions for returning the product. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product by arrangement or we can refund your money.
www.duneperfumes.gr does not have a guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and damage when removing the labels.
For any product return it is necessary to fill in the relevant form Φ.Ε.Π. (product return form), which is posted on our website.
